CBD and its Benefits for Women-Centric Health Concerns
Sept. 30 is National Women’s Health and Fitness Day, so we thought it an especially good time to examine CBD as it pertains to common female health concerns.
Women often use CBD to calm mood swings and anxiety; ease hot flashes or menstrual cramps, and to alleviate muscle soreness. Doctors at Harvard Medical School report that lab research on human cells suggests that CBD may have anti-inflammatory effects.
And earlier this year, Good Housekeeping magazine developed a comprehensive user’s guide to CBD that provides an objective overview about CBD. You can find it here.
However you might be using CBD, we hope you’ll take a moment on Sept. 30 to give yourself credit for looking after your wellbeing.
